BR 2-11: The Ugly Duckling

BR 2-11: The Ugly Duckling
The leaves turned yellow and brown and danced in the wind. (p38, l2)
I like this sentence because it's very beautiful, I think. I could image this beautiful scene easily. I like writers who could described scene vividly and beautifully. But I don't like this story because I think this story is too cruel. The Ugly Duck was bullied many animals because he was very ugly. His mother had to protect and raise him until he grows up, but she left her son. But when he grew a beautiful swan, they praised him. I think it's immoral.
